Ralf Stumpf
Ralf Stumpf studied design in Germany and graduated in 1989. He worked as a freelance artist and for a long time in his career he made packaging and corporate design for international companies, but his real passion is illustration and character development.
He started working in CG (Computer graphics) in 1987, inspired by productions like Pixar's short "Luxo Jr."
Over the years he's used many programs, but today primarily uses Maya and Zbrush. Working in Zbrush, Ralf Stumpf has created everything from monsters, through robots and aliens to humans, and has been an invaluable beta tester of the program, helping make Zbrush 3.x what it is today.
